Karen Graham

As Head of Care and Health (Operations Manager), Karen has responsibility for Allied Health and social care across Stanmore House and Corseford Schools.

Karen has worked with Capability Scotland since 1992. She started her career as a Support Worker and has developed and worked in various roles and management levels. Karen feels she has been privileged to work with all staff groups in the organisation and build positive meaningful relationships with all departments. Karen has always been passionate about ensuring people get the support they need when they need it and that they are treated with respect and dignity at all times. Karen feels proud of the achievements of Capability Scotland and its customers over the years.

Karen has an HNC in Social Care, SVQ4 and a Registered Managers Award as well as an A1 award which allows her to assess staff who are completing their own SVQ accreditations.
