Susan McDonald

Susan joined Capability Scotland as Governance & Executive Assistant in January 2018. With a strong background in governance and executive administration, Susan’s previous roles include Executive PA and Clerk to the Board of Management at James Watt College, where she worked for a number of Principals and Senior Leadership Teams.  Susan has also supported senior management within the Higher Education and the private sectors.

With extensive experience in all senior administrative delivery, including governance and office management, Susan provides high-quality support to our Chief Executive, Executive Team and our Board of Trustees, where she contributes meaningfully to the goals of Capability Scotland.
