We are looking for a Personal Assistant to help care for John. John enjoys company and is a cheerful, happy person who enjoys a laugh.
He likes to listen to his music, speak to his family on the phone and discuss memories by going through his photo albums and books.
John requires support with his mobility as he can become unsteady at times. Also to prompt him to do his exercises and to eat and drink with plenty of encouragement to finish. Personal care is also required.
Some light household duties include cleaning, light laundry and meal preparation depending on the shift.
It is also key that the successful candidate keeps up regular communication with John’s daughter regarding any health issues on behalf of John.
