Can you help us with our ongoing mission?

At Capability Scotland, our mission is to deliver the highest quality services, tailored to the individual needs of disabled people. We work in partnership to create innovative solutions which enable our people to achieve their goals. We put our customers and learners at the heart of everything we do and will make sure their voices are heard loud and clear.

We love what we do here and are looking to recruit Support Workers for our Tayview, Annaty and Rosiebank & Tummel services based in Perth.

The role – Support Worker

We support people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, spacious, purpose-built residential setting, with idyllic grounds and amazing facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool, rebound therapy and an accessible gym. It’s an exciting time to join and help us shape our big plans for our brand new facilities, which are coming soon.

You will be supporting our customers on either one-to-one or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day. These include arts and crafts, games days on campus or trips to the cinema, shopping, or football.

Hours: Up to 37 hours per week. We are a 24/7 service, meaning we have a variety of shifts available, dayshifts, backshifts or nightshifts. We can consider relief, part time and full time applications.

Location: Upper Springland Campus, Isla Road, Perth, PH2 7HQ.
