Graham Muir

Graham has extensive experience in senior leadership and consultancy roles, with a particular focus on strategy, operations management, business growth and organisational transformation. He has held senior executive and Managing Director roles, leading businesses and operational teams. As Director of Bosta Consulting Ltd, Graham provides strategic and operational consultancy to businesses in the UK and internationally, supporting organisations with strategy development, performance improvement, growth and organisational change. He also has a strong interest in technology, data and artificial intelligence and how these can improve services and people's lives.

Graham also brings a personal perspective to his role as a Trustee through his family's experience of disability and additional support needs. This has given him first-hand insight into the importance of high-quality support, independence and inclusion, and ensuring disabled people and their families have a meaningful voice in decisions affecting their lives.
