Lisa McPherson

Lisa is the Group People Director (UK & Europe) for City Facilities Management Holdings one of the UK's largest privately owned facilities management companies. She started her career in retail and has over 30 years of HR experience within the private sector, with more than 12 of these as a statutory Director operating at board level. Lisa has extensive experience designing and delivering all aspects of the people strategy, which has led to a keen interest in Employee Engagement & Communication, Diversity and Inclusion, Organisational Design, Pay and Performance, Learning and Development and Culture Development.

Throughout her career, Lisa has been passionate about ensuring people have equality of opportunity which she believes leads to a better quality of life and is a fundamental right of every individual. Lisa has delivered this on the ground by building relationships and working with agencies and groups at national and local levels.
