Rachael Wallace

Dr Rachael Wallace is a lecturer in law at the University of Dundee specialising in Disability Rights Law.  

Following the completion of a degree in Scots Law LLB from the University of Dundee, Rachael completed the Diploma in Legal Practice in 2014 and a Master of Laws (LLM) with Merit in 2016 both from the University of Dundee. In 2023, Rachael was awarded a doctorate from the University of Dundee, which was titled ‘The Scottish Legal Profession and Reasonable adjustments.’ Dr Rachael Wallace’s doctoral research examined how disabled law graduates and solicitors were supported to access and develop a career within the Scottish legal profession. Rachael has a keen interest in disability rights law and sits on the Law Society of Scotland’s Equalities Law Committee.
