Walter McCulloch

Having graduated and qualified as a Social Worker at Paisley College of  Technology, Walter has worked in social care since 1983 in Cambridgeshire and  the East Midlands. Over the past twenty years Walter has worked in strategic leadership positions in local government, often amidst challenging circumstances. More recently he has become an Independent Scrutineer of Children’s Safeguarding arrangements. 

His sister Anne has benefitted from the support of the Community Living Team for many years in the West of Scotland. Anne thoroughly enjoys her independence and is brilliantly supported by those around her.
