Ben Bradbury

Ben joined Capability Scotland in 2008 and, like many of our Leadership Team, started as a Support Worker and has worked his way up into a strategic role in the charity.

Ben’s initial roles in Capability Scotland were working within our Children’s Services first as a support worker and later as Team Leader. He moved into a management role for these services in 2013, handling the complex organisational and planning requirements to successfully operate these, as well as leading in multi-agency work with various stakeholders to ensure the support for children and young people reflected the excellence we expect at Capability Scotland.

Ben moved into adult services as a Service Manager in 2017, as registered manager for our Junction 52 service in Glasgow, and later our Craigmillar Hub in Edinburgh.

Ben’s solid foundation in working at the grassroots level has given him the wealth of experience and knowledge needed for his current role, scoping out new projects and services for Capability Scotland to continue growing and delivering excellence.

Ben oversees our Edinburgh Children's Services, Wallace Court, and Fife Services.
