Erin Wilson

Erin started her career in social care when she returned home to Orkney after completing university. Erin's educational background is in Marketing and Law but she found it wasn't the field for her and followed a path to social care and she has not looked back. Erin started working with Capability Scotland in 2010 as a Support Worker and, after progressing to Team Leader, she moved into the position of Service Manager and found success in becoming Operations Manager.

Erin has gained several qualifications throughout her career, the biggest achievements for her come through witnessing the positive and achieving experiences that she and her staff support our customers with, as well as being part of the wider staff team who put such effort into their roles.

Erin oversees our services in Dundee and Perth.
