Liza McCrorie

Liza McCrorie joined Capability Scotland in November 2018 in the role of Service Manager of Junction 52. 

She joined with many years of experience managing Housing Support and Care at Home services. 

Liza started her career at age 17 as an HNC Social Care student at a day centre for adults with learning and physical disabilities. Upon completion of college, Liza secured the role of Day Centre Officer for five years before looking for more community/housing support experience as a support worker progressing to Team Leader and then Service Manager before joining Capability Scotland.

Liza feels the years she spent working directly with customers providing support, and shift work including weekends and many sleepovers has helped in her role to manage services. 

Liza secured an interim Operations Manager role within Capability Scotland to project manage the creation and implementation of a new Case File Management System and Service Manager training.
