Nic Goodwin

Nic took up the post of Operations Manager with Capability Scotland in 2011, and in this role he has worked with many of our services throughout the country; he currently has responsibility for adult services in Edinburgh and the South of Scotland. 

Nic has broad social care experience, having worked with both children and adults in a wide range of environments, and has held practitioner, adviser and management posts from frontline support worker to head of services. 

Outside the workplace, Nic's interests include environmental justice and social justice. 

Nic supports our adult services in Edinburgh, North Lanarkshire and Dumfries & Galloway.
