Stacy Blelloch

Stacy Blelloch is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and brings extensive experience across the people profession, having worked within the retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and sports sectors. She began her career specialising in learning and development and talent management before broadening her expertise across the full employee lifecycle and wider people agenda.

As Head of People at Capability Scotland, Stacy leads the organisation’s people strategy, organisational development, talent management, employee relations, wellbeing, and employee engagement initiatives. She works closely with leaders across the organisation to create an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture where colleagues can thrive.
