Support Worker – Lanarkshire Houses, Carluke & Lanark
Salary: £23,650.70 pa / £12.60 per hour (+ £13.23 nightshift premium)
Hours: Full-time, 36 hrs/week, 12-hour shifts (rotational, weekdays & weekends)
Locations: Windmill Gardens, Carluke (ML8 4EZ) & occasional support at Dovecot Lane, Lanark (ML11 7PX)

We’re now looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our Lanarkshire Houses service.
Our customers live in their own self-contained accommodation in neighbouring spaces in our unique care home setting —some alone, others with flatmates—and your role will be to support them in all aspects of daily life.
In this role, you’ll help adults with complex disabilities live independently in a homely, supportive environment where individuality and independence are truly valued.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-to-one or two-to-one personalised care
- Support with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and communication
- Assist with meals, household tasks, and daily routines
- Facilitate or join in community activities like shopping, cinema trips, or family visits
- Encourage confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging

About You
- Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
- Driving licence preferred, but non-drivers welcome (travel costs covered)
