This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys leading a team, improving processes, and acting as a trusted advisor on complex payroll matters. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processes and systems.

About You

  • Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
  • Strong knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, statutory payments and payroll legislation.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll matters clearly and confidently.
  • Experience building effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
