Do you like photography and music? If so you may be the person I am looking for.

My name is George, I am 77 years young and have Lewy Body Dementia and other health needs including Parkinsonism and Glaucoma. I am looking for a personal assistant to help care for me and to give my family a break. I am needing help with all aspects of personal care including:
- Showering
- Dressing
- Continence issues
- Medication (including 3 x different eydrops x 4 per day)
The person that I employ will need to have the following qualities and experience:
- Experience in Adult Social Care
- Experience in a medical setting
- First Aid
- Patience
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Good communication
- Reliable
- Flexible

If you are successful you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
You will be asked to provide the names of two referees.
