Personal Assistant

I am 17 years old and I am looking for a personal assistant who loves music to help me for 21 hours a week. I have Cerebral palsy so need to use mobility aids and I live with mental health conditions. I am leaving school this year so looking for someone who can help me be independent and teach me life skills.

I may need prompting and help with personal hygiene like washing my hair or drying myself. The role would include assisting me to access the community. I like going to places like the gym, cafes and cinema. I want a PA who is chatty and has a sense of humour.

The hours would be spread across several weekdays and occasional weekends. I am flexible and can discussed at interview to find hours that work for both parties. The rate of pay would be £12.60 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
