Personal Assistant - Gatehouse of Fleet

HI, I am a 65-year-old gentleman living in Gatehouse of fleet. I am recruiting a personal assistant to assist me.   

This is a person-centred role which means it's all about helping me live life the way I want to. I enjoy getting out and about attending groups at the ARC in Newton Stewart. When I feel up to it, I like the odd visit to the local pub or for an ice cream. I am looking for someone that can support me to keep active in the community and socially. 

 

About the Role 

• Experience in moving and handling required (training can be provided) 

• Personal care 

• Light housework 

• Driving license and over 25 years old for insurance purposes 

 

Shift patterns 

Mon – Friday 10am-10.30am  

3 days per week - 4 hrs per day for outings to the Adult Rehabilitation Centre (ARC)  

Can be split into 2 positions if preferred   

 

Pay 

• £13.45per Hour

• Paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata 

• A suitable PVG is required.
