About me 

My name is Taylor. I have Down’s syndrome. I'm a happy boy with a quirky personality and a great sense of humour. I enjoy football, being outdoors, animals, jigsaws, music and cooking. I have also recently started horse riding. 

Once I get to know you, my fun personality shines through. I can find change difficult, so patience and time to build a relationship are important to me. 

What I need 

I am looking for a Personal Assistant to spend one-to-one time with me, away from my siblings, supporting me to do activities I enjoy and try new things at my own pace. 

About you 

You will be friendly, reliable, trustworthy, caring and patient. You should have an understanding of additional support and communication needs and take time to get to know me. 

Pay and hours 

Hours - 3 hours per week, on a Saturday or Sunday. We are flexible, and the day does not need to be the same each week. 

The rate of pay is £13.45 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
