Personal Assistants

We are looking for a Personal Assistant in the Dumfries area to help assist and support with the care of a young boy who is Autistic. He needs to be supervised at all times, he is none verbal and prone to mood swings. This position would suit someone with previous experience of working with children with complex needs.

You would be required to work with the parents to learn the daily routines and needs, support daily activities. The hours would be discussed at interview.

 Requirements:

• Experience in childcare and autism would be advantageous. Training and support available.
• £10.90 per hour
• Flexible working (30 hours)
• Patient, friendly and compassionate.
• Clean driving licence would be beneficial but not necessary.
• This post is subject to a satisfactory PVG checked.
