Where Are We?

The Perth Community Living Service (CLS) currently provides support and assistance to people with disabilities across Perth and Kinross, just get in touch for a chat.

Centred on You

Life is not the same if you cannot be involved in your local community when you want to be. As well as providing you with support in your own home, our excellent staff team will provide as much or as little support as you want to access resources in the community.

Care at Home Services 

In our care at home service, we support individuals across Perth and Kinross. Providing recreational, educational and social opportunities for community involvement. We can assist you to access meaningful activities of interest within the local area, as well as further afield. Whether you want support to attend college to expand your learning opportunities, to access your local leisure centre and improve your health and wellbeing, or to visit the concert hall for a night out with friends. We can also help by providing support with daily care tasks such as shopping or a trip to the hairdresser. If you need support, our service might just be the answer.

Our skilled teams are trained to cater for your health and wellbeing needs and can also provide support with personal and intimate care if required.

Housing Support Services

Our housing support services provide 24/7 support to individuals residing in their own homes within the community.  Our teams help individuals lead independent and fulfilled lives. With a emphasis on active support, engagement, and independence, whilst promoting  opportunities for personal growth, development and lifelong learning.

Working with individuals, we aim to create services tailored to your personal needs. Whether you would like support with personal care, budgeting, shopping, paying bills, cooking meals, attending appointments, arranging medications, even some assistance going on holiday, we’re there for when you need us - morning, noon, or even overnight.
