Day Opportunities
Our day opportunities service, based at City Quay, provides us with a great base which offers you a full range of creative and rewarding activities. Whether you want to get involved in music, drama, cooking, arts and crafts, sport, or anything else, we will work with you to create an outcome-focused support package. We want to support you to be active and involved in your support to enable you to have a fun and fulfilling life.
We have a sensory room which is inviting and relaxing and a media suite where you can step into virtual reality or record your own music. There is also the opportunity to enhance your independent living skills in our accessible kitchen.
We have a friendly and welcoming service and love to celebrate all occasions throughout the year. We also like to nurture our links with the Dundee community, so we can help you to make the most of what our city has to offer.
Community Living
In our community living service, the people we support choose what it is they want to do in our community from everyday living tasks such as shopping, visiting the theatre or gym, to going for a flying lesson!
We want to work with you to identify your outcomes and support you to excel in these no matter your ability! The sky is the limit.
Similar to our community living service, our housing support services work comprehensively within our customer’s own homes and communities, helping people to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Our focus is on providing housing support and care at home.
We provide this support across the Dundee and Angus area and, just like when you attend our day opportunities service, we tailor the assistance we offer to you at home to your personal needs and wants. We can provide a range of support including personal care, budgeting, shopping, cooking meals and snacks, arranging medications, attending appointments, and much more.
